My mom has lived at Brookdale Florence for just over one year now and we are both very pleased with the care and environment. The staff are great communicators, I live rather far from the facility, and I always feel connect and informed. Regular communication and visits are welcomed and encouraged. My mom always tells me she feels safe and happy living in this community. She can be social, and she can also have her own space and time in her apartment. The common areas and grounds are clean and well cared for, she has all the amenities and care she needs. All in all, I am so thankful for the Brookdale Florence team, they made this an easy and friendly transition for my mom. I am confident her needs will continue to be met as they change and evolve over time.
