Our Clare Bridge memory care program is industry-leading and provides a daily path of enrichment for our residents. We take a person-centered approach to care and help seniors nurture their current skills as well as reconnect with their passions and explore new hobbies. Our specialty-trained staff is here to assist with things like bathing, dressing, dining and mobility, and we’ll also tackle the cooking, cleaning and home maintenance. This gives your loved one more time to enjoy one of our research-backed activities and daily events like:
