Our 89 year old Mother who has dementia has now been living at Brookdale Biloxi for over a year. It has been a wonderful safe positive environment for her. The new staff ( as of end of 2022) has made significant improvements & is highly professional, plus always has the residents as their #1 priority. We just celebrated Mom's 90th Birthday at the facility & the staff insured it was an awesome party.

This place engages in shady billing practices. They present a wonderful environment and make promises but don't follow through. DO NOT e-sign anything. They will take your signature and put it on pages you will never know about that will end up screwing you over in the end. Make sure to get physical copies of every page there is before you ever leave, or you won't ever get it. Some of the staff are great and truly care, but others don't. Be warned that they will scam you.

My mom is here and she loved it. They take great care of her and she has made great friends as well. They also take our questions and concerns to heart and correct or implement them quickly. In these days of COVID and its ever changing landscape, a corporate group like Brookdale is a real bonus and we give our highest recommendation and know your loved one will enjoy the atmosphere as well.

I am a resident of the Biloxi Brookdale location. When I walk (roll) down the hallways, I noticed that the temperatures are not consistent. It goes from hot to cold to warm to cool. Also, each day the temperature in the same area changes, but still goes from hot to cold, etc. Sometimes it feels muggy like a humid day. Why is that and what can you do about it? I have on multiple occasions, mentioned it to the Executive Director, Health and Welfare Director, Business Director, and Engineer Director (Maintenance) and constantly recieve the same answer which seems to be the Brookdale mantra "We're looking into it" or "We're working on it". I've been here almost a year and a half, that is an awful of looking and working on it with no results.
