My sister has been a resident of this community for 6 months. She has settled in very nicely. Her apartment is spacious with modern appliances. My sister quickly made friends as everyone was so genuinely welcoming and friendly. The staff is very caring and helpful. My sister has enjoyed the large variety of activities offered. The community is well kept and beautiful. It gives me peace of mind to know that my sister is well cared for along with being safe and happy.

Broadway Watermark has been an amazing place for my aunt, especially because of the wide variety of activities that keep her engaged and socially connected. From fitness classes and art sessions to live music, educational talks, and group outings, there’s always something happening—and she genuinely looks forward to each day. The staff puts so much thought and care into creating a vibrant schedule that encourages creativity, movement, and community. My wife's parent's stayed in one of the villas at Broadway Cityview for four years. They loved it and so did the rest of the family. The staff was very responsive to their needs, the food was excellent and the living space was beautiful. It was everything (and more) than we had hoped it would be.
