My brother loves it at Bristol Park and his accommodations are good. We did notice his carpet needs cleaning very badly. Is that something done regularly or only on request? Sister

I do not recommend sending loved ones here. Under staffed, staff over worked, no communication whatsoever. Bristol park needs assistance with their environment.

Bristol Park is the best place for my parents. Beautiful facility and caring staff! I’ve recently had to move both my parents into their memory care community, which had 2 bedroom units so I could keep them together. Their Director Jessica has been amazing and ensures the best level of care is provided. She has gone above and beyond my expectations to get my parents settled in and made the transition very easy. However, they do not have a full time physical therapist like the Waterview Cove in Granbury, so I’ve had to hire a PT to come work with them. It would be great if Bristol Park could have one on their staff to provide this service.

Lunch was good. The resident aides assisting my mom were respectful and caring. The activity today was fun.
