I came to visit my aunt during Memorial Day weekend (Sunday) and found her very anxious and distraught - only to find that she had been out of her essential medications to assist with this issue since Thursday. They told the family it was a “pharmacy issue” and they had requested it but it never arrived. Instead of letting her family member know so they could help get it refilled - they were just going to let her go without until Tuesday. I believe that she would have ended up in the hospital because of this problem, and it is not the first time she was hospitalized due to medication mismanagement. It is a lovely place and the people are very kind but if you are going there for care - you certainly need to continue to keep an eye on their medication and medical status.

After touring several assisted living facilities for our mom, we found the perfect place at Bristol Park. The building itself is beautiful, we love all the optional activities she can participate in and—most important—the staff is lovely. Everyone is so helpful and kind! Her apartment is spacious and she loves the courtyard right off her room. Bristol Park is definitely worth a look…and you’ll love Mark! ❤️

Well, let me just say that our family has been very happy with the Bristol Park at Amarillo Assisted Living & Memory Care "community" choice for my father. He has been living there for a month now and he enjoys the freedom of having his own space while still knowing there is assistance readily available when he needs it. The staff has been positively helpful in all aspects of his needs and in communication with us throughout his stay. Bristol Park is ideally located in proximity to all his health care needs and when he requires help getting to appointments, they are there as well. The quality of life at Bristol is evident in many ways. The meals are superb, the rooms are clean and kept clean weekly, there are a variety of activities available for the residents to enjoy, and the quality of life is evident in the residents themselves.

So grateful to have found Bristol Park for my brother. Everyone has been so helpful and compassionate in this journey. I feel very confident with the care and environment here. Mark Aldrich was wonderful at helping to explain exactly what the needs and requirements and pricing will be. The nurse, Ramona, is very thorough and explains everything. Everyone has been kind and caring. No detail is too small. The food is delicious. I highly recommend Brisol Park for you or your family.
