I’ve been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, and with no affiliation to Brightmore of South Charlotte, I can honestly say that if I had a loved one who needed assisted living or memory care—this is where I would send them. I’ve known Julie and Sunny for years, and in this industry, you don’t often meet leadership teams who could probably recite every resident’s name and what’s going on with them on the spot. What’s even more impressive is how much the residents themselves know and appreciate them. I’d give them six stars if I could. What you see here goes beyond healthcare—it’s about genuine care, stability, and joy. When you see a team that has stayed together for years and residents who consistently have smiling faces, you know they made the right choice for the fourth quarter of their lives.

I am so blessed to be a part of this amazing community! Not only is the building incredibly clean/ safe, but it also has wonderful amenities such as in-house therapy, hair salon, pool, group fitness classes, and so much more. All of the people are so welcoming and friendly. Staff is attentive and looking out for the best interests of residents. I would recommend this community to everyone!

The Brightmore of South Charlotte is a warm & friendly facility. The staff is very professional and friendly and goes the extra mile to serve and satisfy its residents.
