Jen and Melissa were very instrumental in helping us make the decision to move Mom into assisted living. There is so much to offer! Since my mom has moved in and has utilized OT/PT/Speech, her progress has made huge improvements! Far better than the rehab facility. The staff truly cares about their residents! Appreciate the honesty and care.

We place my mom in Brentwood in Niles, Michigan 8 months ago and it’s been wonderful experience! The care is exceptional and the staff is attentive, supportive, and loving. I live a distance away and I can call any time with questions or concerns and they are always ready to listen and assist. If you have a loved one looking for a new home with assistance, my family highly recommends Brentwood in Niles, Michigan.

I have to say Brentwood has the best activity department I have ever seen, coming from someone who travels to different facilities and nursing homes. The director does a wonderful job keeping the residents engaged and busy which is so important.

The new (current) management is a joke, do not take the time of day to learn staff let alone residents. Continuing to make cuts which in the long run, affect residents. But at the end of the day it stems from corporate leadership/management, and Priority Life Care might be the WORST management company I have ever seen! Ask around, ask the staff, ask the families!
