We've had an excellent experience at Brenden Gardens. My mom, (90s) first stayed on and off for a year when we traveled. Then she moved in full-time. Kathy is great, she guided us through the entire experience. Chrissy and really the entire staff are kind and caring. The halls could use some updating for sure, but my mom's apartment is nice, the common areas are clean and attractive. There are many activities daily. I love that people can have pets, that's a great feature.

Mom and Dad have lived at Brenden Gardens for 4 months. They’ve made new acquaintances and have had many lively conversations during mealtimes. The quality of food is a highlight as well as different musical groups that come to entertain. It has been a great experience.

Brenden Gardens feels like home from the moment you step inside. The staff is incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure that the residents are well cared for. The real magic of this place, however, lies in the relationships built between residents and staff. It’s clear that everyone is treated like family, and this sense of connection is what makes Brenden Gardens stand out as one of Springfield’s finest senior living communities.

I had an excellent experience touring Brenden Gardens. Kathy, the marketing director, was extremely helpful and provided a comprehensively overview and tour. She introduced us to all the key staff and it was clear that they work together as a cooperative team. I was impressed that Brendan Gardens has a service permanently located in the building to provide additional support services if needed. The residents were very friendly and provided a welcoming community.
