Care
Assisted Living
A living option for seniors or individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management while maintaining a level of independence. Assisted living facilities offer personalized care plans and social activities that promote quality of life for their residents.
Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.

bickford of Suffolk has been my mothers home for over 3 years. she loves the food and activities especially the concerts. I am so happy with staff. they all are so helpful with our mothers care. it is such a relief to know that someone is always there when our mothers needs something and she is not alone and isolated.

I went there to inquire about a place for my aunt. I went without an appointment and unannounced on a Saturday. Upon walking into the facility it was very clean and smelled great. The staff was very pleasant and inviting. A med tech named Khandis, let me know that there wasn't anyone present to give me a tour, but she willingly offered her services. She did an excellent job giving me that tour. I could see how the residents loved her and offered her hugs. I was beyond pleased with this facility. I would live there myself. It's nice to see facilities that are ran correctly, thank you! Not sure if my aunt will be able to afford this facility, but if so I believe that she will not be disappointed and my family will feel safe with her being there.

My husband and I have had the BEST experience with Jenny Do. She has gone above and beyond to help us understand about Bickford and also about many aspects of senior care. We don't even have family there and yet she has been so available to us. We hope we can have our family live there because we know it would be exactly the right place. Thank you, Jenny!
