My sister is here, and it’s always clean. Does not have an odor. The loving care my sister has received has improved her condition, and she is very happy at Bickford. I’m so glad it’s homey and everything is close to walk to, ie, the dining room. The outside spaces offer quiet views of trees. Our family is very fortunate to have found Bickford

would give a 0 if possible. would advise not to let your loved ones stay here. am in an unfortunate situation that continues to get worse with this facility. staff has turned over multiple times, the facility is short staffed, and has less than the appropriate amount of caregivers there often.

As an agency worker, I felt welcomed by the staff there with people open to helping me as a first timer. The place itself is very clean and tidy, and has a very homely atmosphere. I also bumped into some of the sweetest residents along the way who appear very happy to be there. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

My daughter has been in bickford of rocky river for a few years and over time i have come to believe they are very poorly managed and understaffed. The people are all very nice but the care is lacking. My daughter has missed 3 out of her last 4 doctors appointments that they were suppose to take her too. Also have not been able to communicate with anyone in management even after 2 emails, they just did not follow through. Dennis
