I had an appointment for a visit and was very impressed. They appear to be a very family-oriented, homey facility. We checked out the memory care unit and it was very lovely and cozy. I'm the end, we decided to keep Dad in his current living situation because we feel that he does not have much time left but I'm definitely going to keep it in mind I'm about 25 years or so for myself!

The Bickford of Greenwood is a beautiful property with a very convenient and desirable location. The staff is friendly and caring. The leadership team works well together and wants the best for the residents. Residents seem very happy and there is always something going on!

Bickford of Greenwood is such a beautiful facility. I had the pleasure of touring with Katelyn, and she was very thorough! I was impressed with the setup of the memory care unit and the beauty shop. The dining area is very inviting and bistro-like. In a nutshell, Bickford has the perfect ambience and is aesthetically pleasing!

The current Director for the Bickford of Greenwood has the very best interest at heart for our mother's wellbeing, safety and comfort. The Mary B's staff are exceptional in their dedication and love to our mother. It's extremely comforting to know our loved one is with the very best staff and facility.
