My uncle started at Regina in Assisted Living and later moved to Long-Term Care, where he eventually passed away. Throughout his entire time at Regina, he never complained about a single thing. His room was always clean, and the care he received was truly exceptional. Andrea and Joan in Activities are hands down the sweetest employees. Their smiling faces always made his day and brought him so much joy. Whenever we had financial questions or issues related to long-term care insurance or any billing questions or issues, Jenn in the business office was amazing. She always had an answer or was willing to help in any way she could. As our uncle moved back and forth across the building and financial details changed often, Jenn remained a familiar and trusted face for our family over the years. She went above and beyond, handling the behind-the-scenes work and communicating with insurance companies, which took a huge burden off our family and allowed us to focus on spending time with our uncle. Brittany in the care center is truly an angel sent from heaven. We will always be grateful to the staff of both the Care Center and Assisted Living for the compassion, kindness, and dignity they showed our uncle and our family. THANK YOU

I took my mother to tour Benedictine Living-Regina and we were both very impressed with the property. They have been updating the common areas and the cafeteria, which looks like a nice restaurant. They have added a workout space as well. Laura was very patient and understanding. She provided us with all of the information we needed and answered all of my mom's questions. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Over the weekend I was in to visit my aunt, I was met by the Business office manager, Jenn as I was confused upon where to go when I entered the building,( I don't usually use the entrance I came in) she was so knowledgeable of the building, so friendly and helpful, while talking to her I had explained my aunts financial situation, even on a Saturday when I'm sure she had a thousand things to do, she brought me right in to her office and walked me through the process of getting financial assistance, and how the facility will help families through the process. I felt so much better after talking to Jenn, I wasn't scared of what might happen to my Aunt if we ran low on funds. Thank you so Much Jenn for your time and kindness your facility is lucky to have you!

We had to take our dad out of Regina assisted living for numerous reasons. 1. There were numerous issues with the Assisted Living Director of Nursing . I looked up her nursing record and her license had a fresh suspension(stayed) on it. I further looked up her criminal record and found she had been arrested and convicted multiple times. 2. The staff was threadbare with unlicensed aides doing most of the work. Our dad had multiple episodes of shortness of breath that were chocked up to anxiety when the reality was he had gained a bunch of fluid weight and was in heart failure 3. The staff at the connected, but not affiliated Regina Hospital next door tried to release him back from their care to his apartment at Regina Benedictine assisted living on a weekend and they would not accept him due to an issue with licensed nursing coverage. The staff at the hospital stated the level of patient care at Regina Benedictine assisted living had gone way down recently. They ended up asking us to contact the State Ombudsman due to this. We ended up moving him out. 4. Billing issues. We were over billed on multiple occasions and had to work to get it corrected. 5. Before I wrote this review, I checked their website and they are hiring an Assisted Living Director of Nursing and the Housing Director for assisted living. There are a lot of open positions and a lot of turn over. Avoid this place. We wish we had.
