Warm, Welcoming, and Truly Exceptional – Thank You, Mike! Transitioning my mom and step-dad into assisted living was a big step for our family, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we had at St. Benedictine, The Villa. From the very beginning, Mike made everything feel easy and reassuring. He was incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly putting us at ease. Mike’s personable nature and genuine attentiveness made a world of difference. His attentiveness to both my mom and step-dad’s needs was evident in every step of the process. He took the time to get to know them, understand their preferences, and ensure they felt comfortable and cared for from day one. Lovely building with Lovely workers and employees. They have me perform there once and awhile and the reception i get is wonderful. Always fun being there. The residents seem lively and happy. Would recommend!

I can’t thank the team at Benedictine Living Community in Red Wing enough for the incredible care and support they provided during my grandma’s transition from independent living to assisted living. A special thank you to Mike, Maddie, and Vicki, your warmth, compassion, and attentiveness made a difficult and emotional time so much easier for our family. You treated my grandma with such dignity and kindness, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. Mike, Marketing and Sales did an excellent job during the tour and answered all of our questions. Our mom felt as ease during the tour and of course she knew many people! He was honest, respectful and all with a great sense of humor! Maddie. LALD was also excellent and spent the necessary time to explain the UDALSA and all required paperwork. While mom was overwhelmed with the amount of information, she was grateful to have Maddie spend the time she did to address her questions. We are looking forward to a great transition for our mom. Thank you to the team, many of whom are still there from my time! Best regards from the Kelly family
