Mom has been at South Farms @ 2 1/2 years. The facility is currently undergoing a major renovation making it an even lovelier home. The food is delicious and there are many activities planned to keep Mom engaged. Most importantly, the staff is caring and loving! I can rest easy at night knowing my dear Mother is well cared for.

Can’t say enough about caregiver Theresa Bair!!! What a wonderful caring lady. She made my brothers transition here much better! So thoughtful to read his intake notes and realize they had classic cars in common. She connected with him and has been such a light in his days here!!! I hope there is a rewards program in house that recognizes her for her empathy!
