Wonderful Open House put on by Benchmark last night. Staff went above and beyond to make residents and family feel welcome and comfortable! Maureen as always out does her self and Julie and her team were fantastic!

The staff here are excellent, kind, caring and attentive. My husband is here for a respite stay, and everyone has been incredible. Not a single surly or grumpy person, from the dining staff to the NAs to the administrative staff - all are pleasant and helpful. They check in on residents, learn each person’s routine and help them adjust to the new style of living, all without pressure and with smiles. If an issue arises, the attitude is, “how can we work together to solve or fix it” instead of finger-pointing or roadblocks. Truly, a wonderful place for retirement. I’m almost regretting that his stay here is temporary!

Posting this for my father. Since making the decision to move to an assisted living facility we began by visiting 5 different facilities. We chose Benchmark of North Andover (Ashland Farms) because we immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Within two days of moving in staff knew our names greeted us often in the common areas. One resident would stop by our table every morning during breakfast to see how we were doing and to ensure that we knew about the activities planned for the day. My mother has been at this facility for one year. My father passed away and she moved from Florida to be near our family. The staff was so kind and understanding of the changes she was having to deal with. The people that live there are so friendly and my mother enjoys the outings and the community. The staff is caring and has helped my mother adapt to this stage of her life in assisted living. I toured a lot of places before my mother arrived and am so happy we picked this one.
