We had an excellent experience with Bella Rose Senior Living, and I especially want to recognize Kristy. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire move-in process for my family as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, organized, and attentive to every detail. Kristy is also extremely personable and kind. She made us feel comfortable right away and treated us like more than just clients. Her warmth and professionalism made a big difference during what could have been a difficult transition. We are so grateful for her support and for how easy she made everything. Bella Rose is fortunate to have someone like Kristy on their team.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Bellarose. The sales tour made it sound like our dad would have access to various amenities, and that he would get to go on weekly outings. But it turns out memory care is handled much different than the rest of the facility. He was rarely given access to the amenities or the outdoor courtyard. The only person certified to take seniors on outings left, and they didn’t fill that spot. The outings just stopped, and we weren’t told. It’s nice aesthetically. It’s clean. But they just aren’t honest. We also moved him out in April, but they still charged us May rent.

Beyond disappointed with Bella Rose, had a scheduled tour today but when I got there they had no idea I was coming. I was told to ask for house manager when I arrived & she couldn't give me the tour because it was her lunch time. A nice young lady walked me up & down the halls but no model room to view & not even floor plans to reference. I've toured multiple facilities in Tulsa Area & this was by far the worst experience I've had, very much felt like their sales team either totally dropped the ball or just didn't give a rip I was coming to give their facility a serious consideration.
