My mom has been there since August and has made so much progress even tho her condition continues to decline. It has been very hard on us trying to adjust and learn how to cope with my mothers condition but there are truly some amazing staff at Beach House and I am so grateful that they have been so patient and helpful with us through all of this! Admin has been responsive and attentive, and that has been very helpful for me as my mother’s advocate. The activity department has truly been AWSOME including my mom in outings and activities, making it fun and encouraging her, which is amazing to see her going places and wanting to participate! My mom is much happier and more comfortable since we moved her here. To all the hard working staff at Beach House helping my mom live out the best of the rest of her life …….. Thank You! 🫶🏼

Absolutely awful. If this review is gone I will know it has been deleted. My grandmother has been in here since 2022 and they have proven time and time again that they do not care for their patients whatsoever. The nursing staff is mediocre and do half ass jobs and do not answer their call lights. You have to chase the staff around the building to even ask questions. You can tell they do not care for their jobs at all and the help around here is extremely poorly selected. Do not use them to help your loved ones. It is way too expensive for what you actually get out of it.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. I can't wait to come back again...and again...and again... you know what, why don't I just move on in? Special thanks to housekeeping team and Chef Mara De Arriba your spaghetti’s and meatballs was amazing, I can still taste it! What a great team ! Lots of Hugs !

My grandmother is staying in Beach House, and I want to highlight the excellent customer service! The entire team is outstanding—always kind, attentive, and professional. The food is delicious, and Chef Fernando's warmth and personal connection with all the residents make such a difference. It’s comforting to know my grandmother is in such good hands. We are truly grateful to have found this place. Highly recommended!
