Exceptional Care from Heather and Jessica! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care my loved one receives at Bailey Pointe. Heather and Jessica go above and beyond every day, ensuring that residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home. Their kindness, patience, and dedication shine through in everything they do. Love this place! After choosing this community for our loved one, I can confidently say The Waterford at Miracle Hills is second to none! From the wonderful care he receives from the caring staff members, to the amazing array of activities that are offered. Even the food is superb! I can't say enough great things about this place and every staff member we have met. Thank you for providing such great services, and caring for our family member like one of your own.

My family and I are happy with the staff and services my mother receives at Waterford at Miracle Hills. My mother has lived there for the last 7 years. There are lots of activites and singing groups/people who come to entertain. My Mom says the food is good. There is a new director, Kaite who is easy to work with. The nurse, Michelle, is a very caring and professional person

I adore the home like feel of The Waterford at Miracle Hills. The courtyard beams in the center of the community with its beauty of the season and the occasional cookout. Each time I have interacted with their sales director she is professional, intelligent, and easy to work with. Definitely worth a tour if you are looking for assisted living.
