I’m editing my review because I love how this place has become my first choice for assisted living. The review I left before was right after they took over and I’m happy the care my mom received while she lived there. Communication is great and you can always find some one to ask questions. I would recommend this place.

Exceptional Care from Heather and Jessica! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care my loved one receives at Bailey Pointe. Heather and Jessica go above and beyond every day, ensuring that residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home. Their kindness, patience, and dedication shine through in everything they do. Heather’s warm and compassionate nature makes everyone feel at ease, and Jessica’s attention to detail and willingness to help with anything needed is truly remarkable. They both create a positive and uplifting environment, always treating residents with the utmost respect and care. Our family is incredibly grateful for their hard work and commitment. Wish I could give this a zero star 😂 this place is a joke and has TERRIBLE staffing members and RNs/NAs who are RUDE aff and still get away with whatever and hr doesn’t know how to handle situations. NO BACKGROUND CHECKS at this place, they’ll hire anyone. There has been so many cases with this place, I’m surprised it’s still opened after the shooting that happened in a residents room

Love this place! After choosing this community for our loved one, I can confidently say The Waterford at Miracle Hills is second to none! From the wonderful care he receives from the caring staff members, to the amazing array of activities that are offered. Even the food is superb! I can't say enough great things about this place and every staff member we have met. Thank you for providing such great services, and caring for our family member like one of your own.
