Would give 0 if I could. They don’t know how to take care of their patience or how to deal with them. They leave them in bed for 24 hours and just come in and give them their pills and go on about there day and does not get them up to eat.

The staff at Bailey Pointe is experienced, kind and compassionate! Heather is responsive and professional and the nursing staff is very knowledgeable!

I’m editing my review because I love how this place has become my first choice for assisted living. The review I left before was right after they took over and I’m happy the care my mom received while she lived there. Communication is great and you can always find some one to ask questions. I would recommend this place.

Exceptional Care from Heather and Jessica! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care my loved one receives at Bailey Pointe. Heather and Jessica go above and beyond every day, ensuring that residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home. Their kindness, patience, and dedication shine through in everything they do. Heather’s warm and compassionate nature makes everyone feel at ease, and Jessica’s attention to detail and willingness to help with anything needed is truly remarkable. They both create a positive and uplifting environment, always treating residents with the utmost respect and care. Our family is incredibly grateful for their hard work and commitment.
