Azalea at Delray Beach

My dad moved into independent living here 6 months ago, after my mom passed away. He needed a place with an active social life and Azalea has been great for that. In addition to card games, outings, and other activities, the social director is very creative and has gotten residents involved in making short movies that are a hoot and you can see how much fun everyone involved in them is having! It’s really something different from your run of the mill bingo and trivia and recognizes that seniors are still active, creative, fun people. Everyone on the staff we’ve met has been warm and friendly, and the food is better than average. I know it’s changed ownership a couple of times and may need some upgrades, but from what I can see it’s well cared for and a place where seniors can continue to live well. I’m happy my dad is there.

Dianna is a gem! We moved my parents into Independent Living a month ago and they are very happy thus far with their living experience. Dianna has gone above and beyond to make this transition exceptional. My mom no longer has to make meals, do laundry or clean their apartment as these are some of the amenities that are included. Maintenance has been outstanding when my parents contact them to make any changes. The food is edible (although not great, per parents) but better than having mom cook and exert herself. My husband and I visited numerous facilities and are so glad my parents chose this place, mostly because of Dianna…….she is simply amazing! Thank you Dianna for treating my parents with dignity, respect, and love.

I believe I am the best person to review Volante. It was once known as Grand Villa West. Between my mom, dad, mother in law & father in law, we had parents in every building since 2017. What we liked best was the assisted living & the independent living residents were able to interact with one another and join activities on either side. When it was time for memory care, we looked at 10 different places not knowing Volante was able to care for mom, who needed tons of help. Luckily for us, we were able to move mom from the assisted living section to memory care. This transition was so smooth. What was a very stressful time for me & my siblings, turned out to be the very best decision we could have made. Much of the staff has been at the facility since my dad became a resident in 2017. These staff members are so loving and all 4 of our parents (my 2 & my wife’s 2) loved these people. The rooms were always clean & my parents were always safe and well taken care of. Mi am so grateful that we found Volante and I especially want to thank the Executive Director Tim, the memory care director Michael and Luke who is in charge of activities.

We wanted to share this review of Volante Senior Living Arlington Heights IL and express how happy we are that our loved one is in their care. Volante of Arlington Heights has a staff that is caring , nurturing , and compassionate. The staff puts their residents first and makes sure all their needs are met. The staff is very communicative on any issues that come up . Vicki the director is the best. She takes a lot of pride in her position and makes sure that everything runs smoothly in the facility. The cleanliness of the facility is wonderful! We love that there are activities offered each day/all day . There is always plenty of staff around to make sure the residents are cared for. The activity director is friendly and offers a variety of fun activities to engage in daily . Thank you for that ! The nursing staff is top notch! They are very knowledgeable. When our loved one came to Volante our loved one was experiencing a medical condition, that they had been dealing with for a very long time prior to being at Volante . Once at Volante they addressed the issues and their medical staff knew how to take care of it. We have to say our loved one already looks more healthy. If your looking for a place for your loved one we would definitely recommend Volante of Arlington Heights. Thank you to everyone there ! We can now relax and feel comfortable knowing our loved one is being cared for by a staff that cares about their residents .
