Sadly, I had to surrender my dad here recently, as me and the rest of my family were not capable of dealing with his worsening dementia. I am grateful that any worries I had have been soothed after dealing with the wonderful staff here! Everyone has been so so patient and kind- Ana at the front desk is extremely patient and kind, and the care staff is hard working and attentive😄. Thank you all for taking such great care of the man who has always taken care of us.

Pending litigation doesn't allow me to go in detail. However, out of care for your loved ones who might not be in a position to catch and address the repeated mistakes and flaws in specifically medical delivery, I implore you not to make the mistake of bringing your loved one to this facility until you have done some major research including talking to residents of your choice (past and present) My ability to be assertive about the subpar medical distribution. A legal right under HIPPA, became a disadvantage. A reason to be targeted, caricatured in the most discriminatory and quite frankly dangerous ways facilitated by senior staff members who should be the ones most concerned about a resident's welfare, in the process exposing their unprofessional and sloppy conduct, something I regret to say I had been warned about by both employees and residents from the moment I got there. Conduct that is currently being investigated by APS (Adult protective services) even after my departure and more than a month later still haven't gotten the medical records I requested for and were promised (another legal right). A subtle clue; a facility that is confident in their ability to take care of your loved ones shouldn't have to use current employees writing numerous glowing reviews to inflate it's approval rating. As I stated earlier, I will get into the unquestionable and verifiable specifics at a later date, but the pain, and emotional trauma I felt during this vulnerable time is not one I'd wish on any of your loved ones. I have since spoken to others within the field who have had very little positive to say about this facility who respond to any such review, not with accountability (another clue), but with a standard generic statement as they continue to obfuscate.

Shanise is an outstanding caregiver and medtech. She is compassionate, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are safe and comfortable. Her professionalism and kindness truly set her apart, and we are so grateful for the excellent care she provides. always has a great attitude 😊

The staff consistently goes above and beyond to care for my residents. Shannon has been a wonderful addition to the team—dedicated and compassionate. Phoebe not only genuinely cares, but also takes the time to listen and collaborate on finding the best solutions. Truly a great facility.
