Avista Senior Living Sun City West Memory Care has been an incredible place for our loved one, and we are so grateful for the care they provide. The staff truly goes above and beyond every single day—they are patient, compassionate, and treat each resident with dignity and respect. You can tell they genuinely care, not just about the residents’ needs, but about who they are as people. The activities offered are thoughtful and engaging, giving residents meaningful ways to stay active and connected. From music and games to social events, there is always something happening that brings joy and purpose to their days. Communication with families has also been excellent, which brings so much peace of mind. Knowing our loved one is safe, supported, and surrounded by such a dedicated team means everything to us. I recently toured the cottages at this community. The staff were friendly and the residents were well cared for. One was actually able to move their friendly dog in as well. It warmed my heart to know that they could bring their dear friend along with them!

As a healthcare provider who has had the opportunity to work closely with residents and staff at Avista Sun City West Memory Care, I have consistently been impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and compassion demonstrated by the staff. The team works diligently to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity at all times. Communication between facility staff and outside healthcare providers is excellent, which greatly supports continuity of care and timely response to resident needs. I would especially like to recognize Melissa, Lindsey, Kendra, Rebel, Tipp and Ryan for their professionalism, compassion and dedication! Their ability to provide patient-centered care while maintaining a calm and supportive environment is truly commendable. Avista Sun City West is a well-managed community with a caring team, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to families seeking a trusted memory care facility for their loved ones!!

I work with Avista through my role in Hospice, and I can honestly say this memory care team does it right! A strong partnership is essential in memory care, and Avista truly understands that. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Kendra, Melissa, Jackie, and the entire caregiving team. Their communication, compassion, and commitment to residents and families is incredible! You can feel the teamwork and heart they put into everything they do. Highly recommend this facility!
