As a healthcare provider who has had the opportunity to work closely with residents and staff at Avista Sun City West Memory Care, I have consistently been impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and compassion demonstrated by the staff. The team works diligently to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity at all times. Communication between facility staff and outside healthcare providers is excellent, which greatly supports continuity of care and timely response to resident needs. I would especially like to recognize Melissa, Lindsey, Kendra, Rebel, Tipp and Ryan for their professionalism, compassion and dedication! Their ability to provide patient-centered care while maintaining a calm and supportive environment is truly commendable. I work with Avista through my role in Hospice, and I can honestly say this memory care team does it right! A strong partnership is essential in memory care, and Avista truly understands that. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Kendra, Melissa, Jackie, and the entire caregiving team. Their communication, compassion, and commitment to residents and families is incredible!
