The staff at Avista are professional, friendly and super caring. I highly recommend Avista for any memory care issues. Kendra was amazing to get my mother-in-law processed-in lightning fast (she even offered to help me put together a bed frame!) Kendra kept me posted with pics and updates which was very appreciated. Melissa was so helpful at the end. She cared so much and it touched me the way she worked with my mother-in-law. I always felt Mom was given the absolute best care.

Avista held a family community event last night, which was very well-organized and managed. The care of the staff, CNs, and other professional staff is kind and patient. I am glad my husband is in Memory Care at Avista. I am starting to see some changes that are headed in a good direction. The event included root beer floats and some cowboy entertainment. Everything was carefully monitored, and care was taken with each person. There's a very wonderful "homey" feel at this community, and it's felt immediately as you walk in. Thanks to some of the best, Kendra, Melissa, and Jackie (For brainstorming this event!), Myron and so many others made the experience a lot of fun. Mason was awesome with vocals!

I toured the community with Kendra in search of a Memory Care community for my client. She did a fabulous job presenting all on the community. She pours her heart and soul with the staff and residents. She made sure of a smooth transition for my client. Being in the senior placement industry and have done the position Kendra holds, I tend to be a little critical as I want the very best for my clients. Kendra deserves the 5 star award. Melissa, the wellness director, ensures that all clinical needs are met with the highest standards. It’s a caring community where residents are truly valued.
