Amazing staff! They work as a team to take care of their residents and resident family members. Facility has a homelike environment and food was good, but again, it was the staff that impressed me the most!

After the passing of my father-in-law we were looking for a assisted living facility for my mother-in-law. After reviewing and touring many facilities We Came Upon Avista Senior living in Apache Junction. The facility was clean, newly remodeled, and affordable. The kitchen, maintenance, and cleaning staff, along with the activities director introduce themselves to my mother inlaw and were extremely friendly, compassionate, and understanding. They made her feel like a member of a family. I would like to also give it a special thanks to the general manager Nicky who walked us through each step of the process of moving my mother-in-law in. She was a definite blessing to both me and my wife. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place for a loved one.

Both of my folks are staying at Avista right now. My sister and I visited several other assisted living homes in the area and felt this was the best fit for them. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are hard working, compassionate and caring people. This has definitely been the key to my folks being happy here and well cared for. My mom has participated in activities that she hasn’t done in years like arm chair aerobics and bingo and loves going to these and other events. I appreciate all that the folks at Avista do for my folks and have no regrets in choosing this facility for them to live at.
