This is not the first time we have used this rehab facility. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind and courteous, extremely professional and friendly. The rooms and the bathrooms are kept extremely clean. They take care of the patients with care compassion, Empathy, professionalism. I never felt that my mother was unsafe the entire time she was there. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

I’ve been here for 5 weeks in rehab for serious back issues. I can praise the staff enough. Every employee that took care of me acted as though he/she truly cared about my wellbeing; Courteous, helpful, and proficient. I send kudos to the HR department for its hiring achievements. I especially appreciated the care, patience, and professionalism of the Physical Therapy staff. I also applaud the custodial staff for such a clean environment and the food staff for the meals. It’s not easy to cook for over 100 people with different tastes. The was a variety of menu items, each of which was well balanced, properly cooked and colorfully presented. Finally the medical staff could not have taken better care of my specific needs I recommend this facility wholeheartedly for rehab care.

We transferred our mother here 3 months ago because she was being neglected at her last facility. I hesitated to put her through the trauma of a move due to her mental condition but knew I couldn’t leave her where she was either. I thought all these places are the same and I’m just going to uproot her to the same. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This facility is like night and day from where she came from. There is always plenty of very helpful staff who are present, attentive, and involved (unlike the last place who had maybe 1 aide who sat with her phone in her face the entire time she was working). The place is always clean with no smells. My mother is clean with no smells. If I ask for something it gets done, and it gets done right away. I had a care plan review on day 1 and again after 3 months (it had been a year and a half since I had one at the last place). My mother is happy and has adjusted very well to her new surroundings. And I promise you … I am NOT staff being paid to write a 5 star review. This is well deserved. I am very happy with my mother’s care here. When you come from and see bad care, you know what good care looks like.

This is a BEAUTIFUL FACILITY but their staff and management on BOTH SIDES needs to be terminated...LIKE YESTERDAY! I think all these 5-star reviews are from employees that work there and they aint worth the money they get paid. Like some have said, these 5 star reviews are fake! Staff, especially the aides, are LAZY!!! The scheduler doesnt do her job well on the longterm side, always severely underataffed. When she has to work the floor, she doesnt help either. Managment sit in their office all day and does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! They have no clue what goes on bc they wont come out of their office. They think they are too good. No team work! The place is not clean. Residents food is served cold and they dont put lids on top when serving the food. This place doesnt deserve good staff. That is why they are always leaving and the residents are left with the mediocre workers. Give me a hole in the wall place with solid staff any day of the week! State always get called bc of the neglect that goes on here! If you hate your family, send them here!!!
