My dad moved into Autumn Glen a handful of months ago. The staff has been great from day one. Reception is very friendly when we walk in the door, and that continues as we walk through the halls. Dad moved in independent but ended up needing more assistance. The nursing staff has been very helpful with his transition and always answers my questions. The building is very clean and they allow my dog to visit - which dad appreciates. The staff dressed up for Halloween and the residents got to trick or treat. My dad invited my grandkids and they had so much fun. I would recommend this facility to others looking for assisted living for their parents.

I feel like they said whatever we wanted to hear just to get us to move in. They took over $100,000 with no intention of keeping promises made at move in. When I called many times to discuss theses issues i was sent to voicemail and never received a call back from the director, Penny Yohnk. While some staff were great, some flat-out refused to provide services that were paid for. At one point, when asking for help getting out of bed, she was told to " call 911 if you can't get up." Staff sent to help with showering refused to get wet and scolded her for turning on the water. Don't be fooled by the pretty facade, this place is rotten at the core.

My mother lives at Autumn Glen and we have been SO pleased with the care she receives here. The staff are very kind and considerate. Mom started in assisted living and had to transition to memory care. They have daily activities that she enjoys and keep her engaged with others. Many employees have gone above and beyond when it comes to mom’s care. They have really taken the time to get to know her and have been wonderful to her. I have been well-informed about mom’s health and any status changes. My family is very grateful to Autumn Glen for how our mother has been cared for!!
