I have been living at Augustine Landing for 17 months. I am very comfortable in my apartment. Our maintenance crew are always there for anything you need or want done and without days of waiting. We have an amazing dinning crew and Chef who is always trying new things to keep everyone happy with great meals three times a day. Our activity Director is amazing and has many activities and parties to keep us busy daily. All the employees go way above and beyond to help keep this beautiful place working! Our great bus driver takes wonderful care of all of us whether going on grocery store runs, doctors appointments or just fun shopping and outings! All the residents are very helpful to each other. Don’t think I could find a better place to live than here at Augustine Landing!! I would definitely recommend Augustine Landing for a great way to live in safe and comfortable surroundings, meet new friends and have fun !!!!

The whole staff are amazing. Holly was amazing and so caring and patient with my mom. The servers the front office people and even the people at front desk are kind and compassionate. The activities over the holidays were a phenomenal time per my parents.

My father recently passed away and resided at Augustine Landing for 2 years. The staff was very accomodating and helpful especially the last few months while my dad was in and out of the hospital and rehab facilities. I would highly recommend Augustine Landing for anyone needing and independent living facility.

My first week I innocently unwrapped an extra napkin that was wrapping silverware at the place setting next to me. I was punished by the waitress staff with the approval of supervisor, Dominique at every meal for the next month until I stopped going to the dining room resulting in a 50 pound weight loss observed by my doctor who finally told me I needed to get out of there. I am now waiting for their collection agency to call to begin payments on 3000 plus dollars I am being charged for not giving proper notice of leaving before the lease was up. My punishment- When I sat down for a meal always at an empty table because previous residents wouldn't let me sit at what they called "their table";waitresses aggressively removed all the other place settings the other silverware wrapped with napkins so I wouldn't unwrap another napkin that wasn't at my place setting. I told the dining supervisor about my punishment after one week. He said "Well those napkins ARE hard to wrap" and did nothing. Administrator Valorie said " They shouldn't do that, but did nothing. What a nightmare!
