May 1st, my chorus performed for the residents. Since then there is new management at The Atrium and they have yet to pay us for our performance. We've sent several copies of our invoice. I even hand-delivered one to them but still, no payment. It's quite disappointing and makes me less inclined to want to go back, even though the residents have enjoyed our previous performances there.

The residents have been without internet for 6 weeks and they are still charging their residents for it! Additionally, there is very poor cell service in the area, so residents have to leave the building to make/receive calls or use a "courtesy phone". Rent is also supposed to include a Lively device (basically a Life Alert). My relative who resides there had their Lively device stop working almost immediately after moving in. It has been over two months and it still has not been repaired or replaced. Since they have been without it, they had a fall where they were injured. I cannot in good conscience recommend The Atrium.

Still no Internet after 2 months - management on-site have no ideal when this will be fixed. Every two weeks the residents are told it will be fixed in two weeks. Adam, why cant you state, in writing, a date when the internet will be fixed? It seems that you are hiding the truth and have no plans yet Many of the elderly depend on cell phones for communication with family, doctors and friends. Is the Truth that hard?

2 elevators not working again. This time, so far, it’s been seven days that only one of the small elevators is working. Everybody, and that includes people moving in and out have around 30 minutes wait time to go up or down. It is affecting the lives of the residents.
