Just Wow! What an amazing community. Highly recommended. The energy is just outstanding. The staff are all engaging when I was doing my visit. they had a marketplace activity going on in the main lobby. Tammy was so knowledgeable for just starting that week. You can tell she loves what she does to help families. I met Ingrid and Erin too. Karen at the front desk was very welcoming. I know this is the community for us and my sister is really looking forward to moving in this month.

The staff is incredibly attentive and compassionate—they go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels cared for and respected. The facility itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and safety in mind. Activities are engaging and varied, offering something for everyone, whether it’s social events, fitness classes, or creative hobbies. The food is also worth mentioning—nutritious, well-prepared, and delicious. Most importantly, the atmosphere at American House truly feels like home. It’s clear the team prioritizes dignity, independence, and quality of life for their residents. I wholeheartedly recommend American House to anyone looking for a senior living community that treats its residents like family. Theresa was amazing.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She is so good with easing my Mother in laws mind when it came to such a huge transition. She was patient and kind. Her hospitality is beyond 5 stars. Introducing us to staff and other residents and making the place feel like home. I greatly appreciate everything she has done and is doing. Chelsea was also fantastic. Very accommodating and understanding. Such a friendly person. We are very impressed with the staff and the beautiful building.

One of the most impressive aspects of American House is the variety of residential options available: independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The memory care program, in particular, left a lasting impression on me. I've never seen such a vibrant, engaging environment- residents were happy, active, and well cared for, even returning from a field trip with bright smiles and a sense of contentment. I also had the pleasure of touring the villas and other residential options, all of which offer beautiful views and a peaceful, well-maintained campus. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable, enriching lifestyle for residents. My experience was made even better by working with Stefanie Steiger, who was an absolute joy to connect with. She is a wealth of knowledge and made the entire process informative and seamless. If your considering a senior living for yourself or a loved one, American House is absolutely worth your time to tour-you'll be pleasantly surprised by the warmth, beauty, and outstanding care it offers.
