Our experience with Atria Rocklin has been mixed. My mom has been there since 2018 and started in Independent Living. She transitioned to Assisted Living during COVID - which was a challenge, but not surprising. She moved to memory care in 2022 and we have found that the staffing levels in this area are the minimum required by state law. In my opinion, the staffing levels should be based on the functional care needs of the community. They perform needs assessments and charge based on those assessments, but do not use them to determine staffing levels. This is a major issue in my mind and we are currently moving my mom elsewhere because of it. So, when you visit - pay attention to any areas where residents are gathered - see if there is at least one staff member with eyes on. Stay for lunch. Notice how they manage to transfer 24 residents to the dining area and the gap in coverage that leaves. The facility looks great - the caregivers are good - there just aren't enough of them.

My dad has been living at Atria Rocklin assisted living for about 6 months now. The most important thing I can say about dad being there is that he feels like he is part of a family! The staff and management are incredibly friendly, courteous but most of all, caring. Dad is receiving wonderful care and feeling like part of the community. I can’t say enough about the extraordinary staff — they are 5 star! The food is delicious, everything is impeccably clean and the grounds are beautiful. Dad is enjoying the musical happy hours and has started going on some of the outings. They have transportation for the residents and plan fun activities. Dad is happy and so is his family. We live far away and it’s a relief to know that he is so well taken care of here!

Absolutely amazing experience. As soon as you walk in the environment is warm and welcoming. The residents are friendly and clearly very happy. Very clean and well run with friendly helpful staff. Our tour guide Nate Morse was very helpful and didn't rush us or make us feel pressured. He went above and being to make us know they cared he even dropped off flowers! We toured multiple other facilities run by different companies and none of them even compared it was all about the sale. Thank you to Nate and Atria for going above and beyond.

We love our experience at Artia Rocklin. My mom needed respite care after a fall and surgery. Nate worked his magic and found a room for her at a days notice. The staff welcomed my mom with open arms! We are a week into her stay and have no regrets. This is a view outside her window.
