I highly recommend Atria for your loved ones with memory care needs. Their client to staff ratio, attention to detail and outstanding care is terrific. In 20 years in the senior care space, I have never seen more staff involvement with residents than when I’ve spent time at Atria.

A few nice staff, but grossly, terribly understaffed. It took two hours to get a meal up on memory care the other day when visiting—and this is not the first time. Admin can hardly wait to move people into memory care and add on more expenses. Keep in mind that Atria is a "for profit" facility, and cutting back on hiring, cleaning, training, food, etc is part of how profit is maximized.

My grandmother was recently kicked out of this nursing home because of her inability to control her “violent” behavior. They neglected to take care of the issue the first time due to their lack of empathy. Also, the food looked horrendous! Please don’t take your loved ones to Atria. She was left lying on the ground with no help to get her up. I had to be the one to help due to Atria’s negligence.

When we toured Atria, we were impressed by how many residents were engaged in activities. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and it is clear that they develop a deep understanding of each individual's needs. Looks like a wonderful place to live.
