The entire staff at Atria fortified the exact definition of the assisted living experience. For the Korchin Family. The cleanliness, caring, and overall excellence of the facility we must say thank you! Gina, Denise and the entire staff is a testament to their years of experience, which are many. A special thanks to Sophie with her professorial medical approach. She is always on top of the logistics with concern to resident comfort and dignity.

I suppose there’s always room for improvement anywhere but if that’s true here, I haven’t seen it. As we approach two years since my uncle moved into Atria, I can honestly say I’ve never seen him happier, more at ease, or more himself. The positive changes in his health, outlook, and overall well-being have been remarkable. He looks more vibrant today than he did the day we moved him in, and that is entirely thanks to the incredible atmosphere and care the team provides. Every visit is the same — spotless, calm, and welcoming. The staff is warm and attentive without ever being intrusive, and there’s this underlying sense of order and compassion that’s hard to describe but easy to feel. Most importantly, I leave with complete peace of mind knowing my uncle is not only safe but truly content. That kind of trust and confidence is rare. Atria has created a community and standard of care that exceeds expectations, allowing families like mine to focus on quality time with loved ones instead of worrying about their care.

Denise made the process of moving my mother to an assisted living a breeze! She handled us with care and compassion, along with a great sense of humor. Knowing that she will be the face my mother will see day to day brings us a lot of comfort.

“Nutrition is at the heart of our overall well-being… They become familiar with their preferences and then craft their menus around those” is what they promote on their website however this is the menu. Last night was a hotdog served without a side of vegetables and that’s the second time it was on this menu this month. If you’re diabetic or simply want low sugar options then you’re completely out of luck here. If you’re vegetarian/vegan for health or religious reasons they don’t care and won’t offer anything other than a grilled cheese or a plain salad even though those both severely lack any nutritional value. I’ve seen people with dementia be allowed to eat sugar packets by the handfuls and residents beg for a vegetable at meals. If eating is part of your daily routine I highly recommend not going here.
