The new manager here couldn’t be bothered to update and inspect the elevator license posing a genuine threat to the residents wellbeing. She is also unprofessional and unpleasant to interact with. You should rethink management choices and find someone who can stay up to date with compliance for basic safety

This place is a joke and the elevator is now down leaving residents stranded and this is because the elevators license expired in October of 2025. Operating an unlicensed and not getting the sole elevator of the building inspected in a home full of elderly people is a disgrace to everyone who pays to live there. Shame on you

Austin is a hard worker and finishes everything he starts. He has had experience doing maintenance on rentals. It shows because he knows how to fix a lot of different things. You can always count on Austin to figure it out or he will find out how to fix it! Very dependable and he does what he says he is going to do!
