30 falls in a year and a half. A broken hip, a broken leg, and that is with family members watching my mother 6 hours per day to try to keep her safe. We have pointed Siena's management to technological advances that would help monitor patient safety, but nothing has been done. The website says "You can feel confident that dignity and quality of life are top priorities." Safety does not seem to be a concern.

Looking for a highly rated nursing facility for your loved ones? This is not the place! This place is a facade. It looks extremely clean and everyone seems friendly but what goes on in this place is not right. They let patients fall until they hurt themselves. If someone is a fall risk and has repeatedly fallen before wouldn't you monitor them better? They have fallen more in this facility than when they were living at home! Ive come to visit and the room smelled like urine and they do not change patients properly, they do not assist in meals as much as they should be, crumbs and food left on the floor I mean the list of improper procedures goes on and on. Read the recent reviews and do not fall for this. Paying to remove this bad review I'm sure that's why it's easy to be impressed by this place on first impressions but the curtains raised quickly and red flags everywhere please do proper research if you care about your loved ones! UPDATE - Father is dead and while the care did slightly improve it was just too late. STAY AWAY they also try to send you bills not even in your name don't pay them!

My mom’s stay started a little slow but as day four approached after the Friday she was admitted, the response time became quicker and the food became more enjoyable. It could have been that first weekend or temps that were covering. Day 5-12 have been excellent! She is much happier now!! Thank you staff!!

It wouldn't allow me to give this place no stars. Horrible horrible place. So many things wrong. My mom was there 4 short days and enough to put her back in the ER. When I went to visit she was gone only to find out they never notified me she was at the hospital. She has pneumonia and is extremely weak. They never gave her water when requested and left her food tray where she could'treach it. You could never find anyone it was like a ghost town and no one manning the desks. They never bathed her. First thing she asked me at the hospital is for her toothbrush. She felt dirty and was treated disrespecful. They called to see how she was doing and was shocked and advised she would be taken care of and give them a second chance. No way. I packed up her belongings. I went back for her medications and couldn't find anyone again. I stood in the lobby and yelled is anyone working here. They came out of the office and finally received her medication. I noticed 2 badges of employees left on the counter in the lobby. Also when I packed up her belongings no one stopped me and asked what I was doing. Your loved ones are at risk here.
