My parents have been at Ariel Pointe for almost a year. The staff has been patient, kind and supportive. They have made a lot of friends and have adjusted very well. Ariel Pointe is a wonderful place that provides support and amenities as well as independence. They are very happy that they have moved to Ariel Pointe. Tyler was availale 24/7 to help with the move in process and adjustment phase. She was amazing!

From the moment I walked through the doors of Ariel Pointe of Sachse Senior Living, I was met with the warmest hospitality and a truly unforgettable experience. Tyler and Andrea provided an amazing tour — welcoming, informative, and filled with genuine care. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Director and several department heads, all of whom radiated professionalism and passion for what they do. The dining room experience was absolutely delightful — from the delicious food to the comforting ambiance. The Bistro service is executed to perfection, with compassionate and attentive staff who go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Watching the resident engagement activities was such a joy! The laughter, the participation, the energy — this community clearly knows how to bring people together. Above all, the teamwork among staff and the humility of leadership truly stood out. There’s a spirit of collaboration here that creates a strong, nurturing environment. I left with full confidence that I would entrust my own loved one in the hands of the exceptional caregivers at Ariel Pointe. Incredible experience. Phenomenal community.
