We are so pleased we chose Arden Courts for this phase of our Dad’s life. From day one the management staff was warm, understanding and helpful navigating the intake process! And the nursing and other staff are great with Dad on a daily basis. The facility is clean and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained as well for nice days outside.

My mother was at another facility for the last year and a half. We had become increasingly unhappy with the staff there. When I met with Jeanette at Arden Court I felt immediate relief. Her professional manner and her vast wealth of experience in memory care was obvious. She helped us through the process of moving. We trusted her judgement and she helped us in all our decisions. When we moved my mom , we were greeted by staff that welcomed us and made mom feel comfortable and secure. The aides and nursing staff clearly were well trained and kind. I think the thing that impressed me the most was how thoughtful and attentive they were to my needs as well as my moms. I felt calm for the first time in a very long time. I can’t stress enough how wonderful this facility is. They answer the phone when I call or call back. This chapter of life is most difficult and to have people who truly understand that is a blessing.

I am a physical therapist that owns Miracle Homecare PT. I walked into Arden Courts West Orange two and a half years ago. I came to treat a previous patient that I was seeing in his home. From the moment I was greeted by the front desk and memory care advisor I already knew I was going to have a great experience. Virginia and Jeanette were very helpful. They showed me around the facility and told me where I can find my patient. Now I am there 3 days a week treating multiple patients a day, and I am grateful to be a part of an amazing team. Even though my business is its own entity, I still feel that I am a part of Arden Courts team because of their generosity and kindness towards me. I know that it is not easy to take care of patients with Alzheimer’s Disease and/or Dementia, but I have to say the all the workers do an amazing job. I highly recommend this facility to all family members that are in need.

Arden Court is a wonderful facility for your loved one with dementia. This was a very new process for my family and I. The staff at Arden Court was so friendly and extremely helpful during this difficult time for my family. The woman we worked directly with, Jaenette, was fantastic. She met with us several times and sat with us to fill out the necessary paperwork. Our family is very happy with our experience and highly recommend it.
