My grandmother has moved in here and has had a wonderful experience so far. Staff if friendly and helpful and has a lot of heart. You can tell the people who work here care about their residents and put their all into the job.

Caution! Before signing a lease at Arbour Square, do yourself a favor and have your attorney read Section VI. A. of their form lease dated Sept. 10, 2025. Then ask your lawyer to explain what this Section of the lease attempts to accomplish, as it relates to any intentional wrongdoing by the Owner or its Agents. I forgot to mention that the Ownership refused to discuss this section with my lawyer when he asked the Executive Director about it.

My parents made the stressful move from Maryland to be in Harleysville near my husband and me. After 55 years of being in their home it was a complete adjustment. Happy to report that they are doing well. Everyone is so friendly to them, staff & residents. They love their place, pt department, gym, activities, food. It has relieved a huge burden on me as the daughter. I am grateful for Arbour Square!

Don’t move here or let your loved ones move here! Management no longer cares about the safety of the residents. They are removing safety measures like the pull cord in every apartment and the morning well check! Why?!?!? Those 2 measures are why we picked AS for my mom. Will be looking for another place to move her to that actually cares about her safety!
