This place is so nice and comforting! Knowing my grandmother is in good hands is just the best and most comforting feeling. They do lots of activities daily with them to ensure there is no boredom. You won’t be seeing my grandma in her wheelchair in a room with a tv… you’ll see her dancing, playing bingo, and getting her nails done! They serve healthy meals also, so I know my grandma is getting good nutrition as well. Not only that, the facility is beautiful! Not just plain white walls. Highly recommend this place for your loved ones

I went and took a tour at The Abores memory care facility, looking for a nice place for my mother. They got back with me immediately and set up a tour. Cassandra met me and showed me all around the facility. The guests seemed very happy. The facility was very serene and peaceful. All of the patients seem to be very well cared, and in very good spirits definitely worth considering! .

I called to get a state rating, and was lied to. I was told they had an A, when I arrived to tour their grade was a D. That was only the beginning. We were there for almost 2 hours in the late morning and there was nothing going on other than residents passed out in chairs, some still at the breakfast table. I did not see any caregivers on the floor until we were on our way out, and they were interacting with each other at the back of the living room. The whole facility smelt like urine. One of the residents was wandering around asking for a shave( he even asked me) the whole time and was still asking almost 2 hours later. How hard is it for somebody to take 4 minutes and help?? This is a dignity issue and so important in memory care. The only part that was pleasing was the leadership team who all seemed quite nice, problem being that they aren't the people taking care of our loved ones. I left the tour feeling sorry for the people that live there.

Making the decision to move my parents into Arbors was incredibly difficult, especially as my father's dementia became too challenging for my mother to manage at home. However, the experience since then has reassured me that it was the right choice. The staff at Arbors has been nothing short of amazing—kind, compassionate, friendly, and always attentive. They greet residents by name and truly make them feel seen and valued. Seeing my parents participate in activities and enjoy their time together has brought me peace of mind. I’m especially grateful that they can still be together. I highly recommend Arbors to anyone with a loved one in need of care.
