This senior care home is absolutely outstanding. The facility is always spotless and well-maintained, which immediately gives you peace of mind. The front desk staff consistently answer the phone with professionalism, politeness, and genuine helpfulness something that really stands out compared to other places. A special mention goes to Mike Kaminski, the manager, who is phenomenal. He truly knows everything you could possibly need to ask about and takes the time to explain it thoroughly. He’s always approachable and willing to help, which speaks volumes about the leadership here. The entire staff radiates positivity you can see the smiles on their faces and know they genuinely enjoy working here. That kind of atmosphere makes a world of difference for both residents and their families. I wholeheartedly recommend this care home to anyone and everyone seeking quality senior care. We are so happy to have found Arbor Terrace in Gambrills Maryland. My Dad needed assisted living in an upgraded facility. One which offers one on one care and also offers space to roam around. In addition to being a beautiful place, the food is outstanding and the staff is great.
