My father who lives there and myself have had a great experience with Arbor South Forsyth. From the moment you walk in the facility and are greeted by Darlene you have a welcome home feeling. She is very personable with a fantastic smile. You always are made to feel valued when she is there. I also want to mention Bria and Hannah 2 of the caretakers that always are friendly and seem to truly enjoy helping the people living there. You may be able to find a better place but I wouldn't bet on it!

We don't have any experience with someone living there but my wife and I took my mother for a tour. I was very impressed with how much time Jennifer gave us. She made sure to understand what my mother's likes and dislikes are and then went from there. The facilities look great to me and I feel like the average person needing assisted living would be very happy here. Lee, the entertainment director came over and introduced himself and seems to be another strong suit of the operation. We were there during his Mother's Day brunch which looked to be a big success with piano player and all. We met several other employees, including Lisa at the reception desk, and everyone was very kind.

My wife and I had the pleasure of touring Arbor Terrace South Forsyth, and we were truly impressed with both the community and the experience. She took the time to understand our perspective and answered every question with care and clarity. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly welcoming. What stood out most to us was the thoughtful design and the genuine sense of comfort and dignity for residents. My Papa has lived here since January. Everyone is so nice. Darlene at the front desk always greets me and makes me smile. I think my Papa is well taken care of and he seems to be very happy. He went to see Epic Elvis in their theater last week and really enjoyed. They have lots of activities for residents to take part in. I think its a great place!
