I have been an entertainer at Arbor Terrace Norwood for many years. It's a beautiful facility and one of my favorite communities to go to. My experience has always been a positive one. The residents are always welcoming and it's obvious that they enjoy living there. The staff are all professional and engage with the residents. The facility itself is always clean and beautifully decorated throughout the year, creating a nice environment. I would highly recommend this wonderful community!

Excellent assisted living home with fantastic aides, nurses, and staff. My parents have lived her for 4 years. They moved from an independent living apartment to the memory care when their dementia required additional care. It was a seamless change and the team from the independent living area also worked in the memory care so my parents saw the same team members on a regular basis. I am so happy that my parents are in a place that is so caring, clean and comforting. I highly recommend it for your loved ones when they need more care than you can give.

After touring many local assisted living communities, my mom moved into Arbor Terrace, Norwood, and we are beyond happy with our choice. From the first time we visited Arbor Terrace, we knew it was the right place for my mom. It is a smaller community, which is easy to navigate and not overwhelming. The building is beautifully appointed and extremely clean. The entire staff is warm, and know all the the residents by name. Marissa and Xiomara were readily available answering all of our questions during our decision making process, and still are just a phone call away.
