I can't speak highly enough about the Executive Director, Jackie! She is an absolute gem and provided tremendous support and piece of mind for our family. She took exceptional care of my grandmother. I was always able to trust that she was safe, treated with kindness and dignity, and that all of her care needs were being met. Jackie and her team ensured that my Grandma's social needs were met and that she was engaged in fun and meaningful activities as part of the Arbor community. Making care decisions for loved ones can be really stressful, but Jackie's expertise and warmth provided great support for our whole family.
