Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge

Enjoyed my tour yesterday at Arbor Terrace in Basking Ridge. The facility is beautiful. Leslie was so helpful and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and compassion.

After 2 months of a hospital and rehab stay, we needed to find our next step for my dad to continue his recovery after surgery. We began with a tour with Leslie at Arbor to ensure it was the right fit for my dad's respite stay. She was amazing and helpful from the very start. From the very beginning, Leslie made all the difference. After speaking with her, we felt confident this was the right fit. She took the time to understand our needs, welcomed us warmly, and made sure we felt comfortable with this very big decision. The staff even helped us with the move-in process, which made the transition much smoother. Once settled, we began to see real progress. My dad had not been eating much at all prior to moving in, but the dining options and staff at Arbor encouraged him to eat again—and he truly enjoyed the meals and the chance to socialize. The physical therapy team also encouraged him to participate, and we were thrilled to see him start walking again after two months of very limited activity. Within just three weeks, he was eating well, walking, and feeling ready to go back home. Arbor Terrace provided exactly what we needed at exactly the right time. The environment, the care, and most importantly, the personal connection made all the difference. We are so grateful to Leslie and the entire Arbor team for supporting my dad and our family during this transition. We would definitely recommend Arbor Terrace to others looking for compassionate, skilled, and supportive care.

The team at Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the last year. They have a beautiful community, supported by amazing staff with happy residents. I have gotten to know their wonderful some of their wonderful concierge staff who always greet me with a big smile whether it's Elizabeth, Connie, or Armani behind the desk. Kelly Adams their Executive Director is always available and constantly on the move throughout the community to keep things running smoothly. The dining team led by Wilson always has flawless execution, going above and beyond to make sure everyone is well fed with delicious food. Nursing is always on top of what's going on with Charlene leading the clinical staff and Evergreen (memory care) is a happy bustling neighborhood with the support of Sara Anne. Unlike other communities, they offer a transition to memory care with their Bridges neighborhood so someone with dementia can still feel independent while having their needs met. The sales team has been a pleasure to work with between Joan and Leslie. I value their professional partnership immensely and have enjoyed co-marketing with Leslie because I know I have a professional partner that I not only trust in referring families to but am proud to work with. It's wonderful to see the life this team has brought to that community. I cannot recommend them enough and if you are even thinking about considering Assisted Living don't wait and visit them today.
