Ms Grant and Ms Valerie where very welcoming and helpful. Honestly, probably the best Assisted Living facility in Gwinnett County. It's also priced the highest but you get what you pay for.

We worked with LaTange during our search, and she was instrumental in helping us get my mom moved in quickly during a time when we really needed support. She was knowledgeable, and made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel more manageable. Since moving in, we have been very happy with the community and staff. There are a wide variety of social activities and outings, which has been one of the biggest positives for my mom. It allows her a way to stay engaged, get out, and be part of a community, which was very important to us. The studio apartment is a great size and works well for her needs. The overall environment feels welcoming, and the staff are all very sweet. They make us feel like we are part of a family. One thing to be aware of is that the community currently offers WiFi only. My mom primarily uses the internet for television, and streaming so this required a bit of adjustment for her that at times she still struggles with. Overall, we are very grateful and would recommend this community to other families looking for a place that offers strong social engagement and a caring environment.

As a singer and musician, I have the pleasure of sharing my music with the wonderful community at Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill Assisted Living. The residents are truly amazing, and the entire team is incredibly supportive. A special shout-out to the engagement team: Yahaira, Victoria, Jennifer, and Flor! They excel in event management, decoration, food, and animation—everything is always perfect! I’m grateful to be a part of such a vibrant and caring community. Five stars!

We considered a dozen different assisted living facilities for my father. Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill was at the top of our list based on their facilities, staff, programming, services, location, and the care that they expressed during our interview process. We moved my Dad into Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill 8 days ago and have been extremely satisfied with everything. The move-in process went well, he is quickly engaging with other members & activities, he likes the food, and staff members have been wonderful & very responsive.
