As a singer and musician, I have the pleasure of sharing my music with the wonderful community at Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill Assisted Living. The residents are truly amazing, and the entire team is incredibly supportive. A special shout-out to the engagement team: Yahaira, Victoria, Jennifer, and Flor! They excel in event management, decoration, food, and animation—everything is always perfect! I’m grateful to be a part of such a vibrant and caring community. Five stars!

Sodiah it's a very efficient and person. She and her team have made my stay very memorable. She has a very difficult job of coordinating the clientele, staff in a united effect, but she does with charm and Grace. I love the way she deals with obnoxious clientele. She makes them feel that they are right but in the end she's convinced them to follow the rules. Arbor Terrace is fortunate to have her working in this delicate position.

Sodiak from the Dining Room Staff at Arbor Terrace of Hamilton Mill is an outstanding example of Management there!! Her wonderful smile and positive attitude was noticed by my husband and me the first week we were at Arbor Terrace. She made a point of knowing our names when we greeted by her the first time we had dinner in the beautiful Arbor Terrace dining room . This made us feel comfortable and welcomed. From that day on I watched as she went from table to table making sure she greeted everyone with her poise and beautiful smile. I watched when there was a complaint how she genuinely cared and handled the situation with such kindness and respect. Thank you Sodiak for all you do, we appreciate you!!!!

Our mom spent 5 months here in their Evergreen Memory care unit. From the moment we sat down to sign our lease agreement the staff here have been phenomenal. The entire complex is spotless and their staff are pleasant and helpful. My brother who is local to the area visits quite often at random times and never once in 5 months did he find my mother in dirty clothes or her hair unwashed or uncombed. I am one of 6 children and somehow the staff memorized not only are names but our faces and were always asking if there was anything else they could do to help us. A big SHOUT out to Abby, Mirabel and Patricia for their ongoing care of my mom, Janessa our nurse from Agape Hospice who was patient and loving in her care of my mom and provided me with ongoing reports on my mom’s condition. Staff members Vivian and Veronica and the ENTIRE Evergreen care team were beyond WONDERFUL!!!! My mom’s room was always well cared for - clean, neat and organized and I never felt my mom was not getting full attention to her needs. The complex has great meals with lots of variety for their guests - Manny in the front restaurant was great with my mom - remembering her sweet ice tea and making sure her sweet tooth was well satisfied. We are truly blessed that my mom was in great hands and well cared for by the entire staff during her stay!!
