Arbor Terrace at Crabapple

Extremely thrilled with the placement of our beloved, beautiful mother at Arbor Terrace/Crabapple Evergreen facility. The staff is hands on with the residents all day including interactive activities, serving meals, dressing & bathing. I visit often and have gotten to know names of directors and med techs, etc. My family is overly pleased. Thank you especially Dori, Tricia, Colleen, for helping to make everything happen quickly and for the smooth transition at move-in. Arbor Terrace has been an absolute blessing for my 93-year-old family friend who recently moved in. From day one, the entire staff has been welcoming, kind, and genuinely attentive. The transition into assisted living can be stressful, but Arbor Terrace made it feel smooth, supportive, and reassuring. Dori was the very first person her daughters met with, and she set the tone immediately. She was patient, informative, and truly comforting throughout the process. Everyone we’ve encountered, including caregivers, nursing staff, the front desk, dining, management, housekeeping, and maintenance, has been wonderful and so helpful. They are patient, responsive, and treat residents with true dignity and respect. The community is consistently clean, warm, and welcoming, and the food has been excellent. Most importantly, she is truly happy there, and it means the world to see her settled and comfortable. The biggest thing for me is the peace of mind. It has been such a relief knowing she is safe and cared for so well, especially for her daughters, who have been carrying the weight of this decision. Seeing them feel reassured and supported has meant everything. Thank you, Arbor Terrace, for the compassion you show every day. We are incredibly grateful. Highly recommend.

After my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and could not live by herself any more, I moved my mother to Roswell from south GA. I wanted her to have the best doctors, resources and the best assisted living options. After researching and visiting facilities in the area, I found Arbor Terrace at Crabapple. To anyone searching, let me tell you, Arbor Terrace has been everything I hoped it would be for her. She is not only happy but the care she receives, the friends she has made and the amazing staff have exceeded all expectations. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. They treat each resident with such kindness and makes them feel at home, as well as their families who come visit. Arbor Terrace at Crabapple has such fun field trips, activities, parties and again amazing staff members. I’m so happy I have found a place that she and I both love and meets all of her needs.

Arbor Terrace at Crabapple Road is a jewel n this community. Although we chose another facility ultimately, the staff in this place is kind and supportive. There are plenty of caring staff present for their residents. Dori, director of placement, was very compassionate and helpful to me. It is obvious that this company has created a facility for seniors who can feel safe, loved, and “at home”!
