My mother is thriving here—not only because of the excellent medical care but also due to the vibrant social activities, delicious meals, and meaningful engagement she experiences daily. It was a privilege and an honor to visit Arbor Terrace Crabapple. Ms. Dori Laack, Community Sales Director, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My father has been a resident of Arbor Terrace at Crabapple for over a year now. We moved him from another AL in the area and the difference has been amazing. The vibe when you enter the building is energetic and happy thanks to Shawn, Barbara and Kathy at the front desk. They are always willing to go out of their way to be helpful. Stacy, Dawn and the care staff and med techs, Rachel, Nancy and others are kind, patient and really get to know the residents to customize their care routines. Stephanie, Allison, Astrid, KC and others are great at getting residents to participate in the many activities on offer and do it with enthusiasm and humor. It helps that lots of the staff have worked there for years. They truly get to know and care about the residents and it's wonderful to see the same faces consistently. My experience with other facilities tells me that this type of staff longevity is a rare thing in the AL industry and I credit Tricia and the Arbor company for that. My advice to others looking for AL: don't be fooled by big, new construction, fancy buildings/apartments. It's the staff that matters. Most other places in the area can't hold a candle to Arbor Terrace.

I visited Arbor Terrace at Crabapple in search of a home for a friend with cognitive decline. I met with Dori Laack and she gave me as much information and time as I needed. She explained each model of care, company philosophy and culture, amenities, activities, safety and security of residents, and more! Ms. Laack answered all the questions I had, and was extremely knowledgeable about all facets of assisted living and memory care. She followed up with me later in case I had more questions or issues. I would say it was a 5 star visit for me.
