Arbor Terrace at Citrus Park

The first thing you notice about Arbor Terrace when you walk in is that it is beautiful. The common areas, the pool and waterfront dock/gazebo, and the happy hour bar. Our Mom has been here six months and we can say that the best thing about it is still how well maintained and safe it is. Richard, Jose, Samuel & Anthony are a speedy and responsive Maintenance team, and take the time to learn our Mom’s preferences and make her feel at home. The Housekeeping staff Jackie, Edna, Tania, Maria, & Mitchell keep both the common spaces and our Mom’s apartment clean and beautiful. The activities and other residents are also a highlight, but the foundation of a sustainable and joyful home is consistent, responsive, and thoughtful maintenance. In that regard we highly recommend Arbor Terrace.

Arbor Terrace has been a godsend for my mother and our family. This is the absolute best Independent Living out there! My mother loves it there and so do we, when we visit her we always enjoy our time there. I cannot express to you how amazing the staff is Tammy is like a daughter to my mom and goes out of her way to always be helpful to my mom and us and everyone of the staff there are more amazing than the next and are so caring. You could never go wrong having your loved one living at Arbor Terrace. I can guarantee you that!

7 months ago my mother moved into AT1 and the experience has been everything that we had hoped for and expected. My mother has retained the proper amount of freedom and self care that she desires and is capable of but also has all the help she needs when needed at her finger tips. AT is super safe, clean and it’s a community of residents and staff … not just a facility! The entire staff is kind, caring and well suited for their respective roles. The AT Team includes Echo, Susan & Laura who are all so knowledgeable, helpful and just plain wonderful people! Morgan creates an excellent environment of resident engagement and there’s never a shortage a quality activities for them. Stacy ensures keen focus on the health and well being of the residents and her entire team reflects her knowledge, passion and service focus. Ed, Lizette and Maritza bring good cheer and caring every time they come by to assist my mother and she looks forward to seeing them. Melissa and Phoebe are closer to being family than just professionals who provide quality therapy. Jason seems to be right where he needs to be at all times to support whatever is needed to staff, residents and guests. Maria always asks about my mom and me and offers me her wisdom and encouragement on those tough days. And it’s a joy whenever I run into Sheldon! There are so many others who deserve mention but I don’t recall their names so my apologies to them all. I am so grateful for the Arbor Terrace Team and sincerely thank them all for taking such good care of my mom and giving me the peace of mind I need too.
