Arbor Terrace at Citrus Park

Living at Arbor Terrace has truly been a positive and comforting experience for me. The staff are kind, attentive and always ready to help me with a warm smile which makes every day feel a little brighter. I appreciate having support when I need it. While still maintaining my independence, the community here is wonderful. I've made great friends and enjoy the activities and social events that keep life engaging and fun. I'm grateful to be part of such a supportive and welcoming environment.

This is a very nice place! The grounds and interior are always immaculate! I have visited several times for different events they have had. It is always so much fun! Susan Dietz, Carly and their staff are always so energetic and fun! From what I have seen the level of care is top- notch. The well-being and dignity shown to each resident is amazing. The activities are awesome too! I look forward to more visits!

As a home health provider who frequently visits Arbor Terrace Assisted Living, I can confidently say this facility is top-notch. The staff-to-resident ratio is excellent, which truly shows in the level of attention and care each resident receives. The team is attentive, compassionate, and proactive. Communication between staff, healthcare providers, residents, and families is consistent and thorough, which makes a significant difference in continuity of care. I’m always impressed by the thoughtful activities offered to residents that keep them engaged, social, and stimulated. The environment is clean, welcoming, and well-managed. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents’ well-being and quality of life. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace to families seeking a supportive and professional assisted living community.

My 92 year old mother moved into Arbor Terrace 4 months ago after she could no longer live independently at home. This move was not something she wanted to do.This transition took some time …getting used to her new apartment, a new schedule and most importantly, to her care needs being provided for by a team of regular caregivers, thank goodness they are wonderful, kind and skillful. She is more comfortable now, attending some activities, talking to other residents and communicating her needs with the people who provide for her daily care. When there is a bump along the way, the Arbor team responds and resolves issues quickly and with care. Exceptional care providers include Benjamin, Patrick, Addison, Erica, Daneel, and Lance. They are responsive to her needs, listen to her and treat her with respect. Thank you and God Bless you in this important work that not just anyone can do. It makes it a little easier being so far away, knowing that you are good humans. PS I agree with the other reviews, an exceptional admin staff -(Jamie and Amanda) with the welcoming process, move in logistics, and problem solving issues. Thank you to Miss Echo at the front desk who answers the phone with a smile and helps with all my questions. Also, the facility is beautiful and clean. I love the dining staff and how they take care of each resident! The activities are pretty special too, something for everyone. Can’t say enough positives.
