Arbor Terrace is an absolutely beautiful facility with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care and attention to detail that has gone into making it a true home for residents. The staff is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and attentive. They go above and beyond to make residents and families feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. The environment is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, while still feeling cozy and inviting. It’s clear that the team here is dedicated to providing excellent care and creating a positive, uplifting community. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace to anyone looking for an assisted living facility where their loved one will be treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine kindness.

Rating: ★★★★★ I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Arbor Terrace Citrus Park! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine care. The staff here are truly exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel at home. The community itself is nothing short of beautiful. The gardens are meticulously maintained, providing a serene and peaceful environment that residents can enjoy daily. Inside, the common areas are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to encourage social interaction and relaxation. My family and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a welcoming place for our loved one. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a supportive and vibrant living community!

Putting a loved once, especially an adored parent, into assisted living is a gut retching situation. You are taking a person out of their home where memories and comfort are key and putting them in a new environment. This wrecks havoc on all involved. Arbor Terrace was recommended to us by many so, my sister and I made an appointment to take a tour. When we pulled up to the entrance our mouths were agape. We thought we were entering a 5-star hotel. A large gilded frame on a console table in the lobby a sign read, "Welcome Helen & Teddy" (a gorgeous touch). The two of us were greeted at the front desk by Ms. Echo (she is the perfect concierge for a front desk.). Echo knew right away who we were and told us to have a seat while we waited for Amanda and offered us chilled water (which in the Florida heat was another flawless touch.). The stylish Amanda entered the waiting area and gave us the run down of Arbor Terrace. Any questions we had, Amanda was one step ahead of us. This place looks and acts like a posh hotel and runs its daily activities like a luxury cruise line. Every staff member was smiling and greeted us with a friendly hello as they passed by us. To say we were impressed would have been an understatement. We left knowing in our hearts that this was the place our father would not only be comfortable but THRIVE. We arrived home to an e-mail from Amanda, thanking us for coming by and if we had any other questions to contact her or Jamie (another personality plus there.) Jamie recommended that we bring our father in to tour the place himself, and we did so the following week. My father was impressed, especially with the dining room. It's set up like a restaurant with menus on the tables and servers, no "chow line" here. He couldn't wait to get into his apartment there. But first he needed to be assessed by the nurse to see where his needs fell. He was offered a choice to be assessed at the facility or at home. He chose the latter. Nurse Stacy showed up to his home and when he found out she was Greek (we're Greek) it was like old home week. Stacy was kind and interested in my Dad's life and stories. You would not have thought this was an assessment, you would have thought a family friend or relative just "popped over" for a visit. We were in. We asked what we could do to make his apartment more like his home. We were told, it is his home, you can make it any way you'd like. So my sister and I went from caretaker mode into interior decorator mode and turned his apartment into a mini version of his homr, down to the bathroom color and chandelier in his foyer. When my father saw the finished place he couldn't believe his eyes. He kept saying, THIS IS MY HOME. THIS IS MY HOME. And he was correct...this is his home. A knock on his door and in came Jenny (the move in coordinator with movie star looks) bearing a welcome gift for him. He opened the gift and found his favorite brand of whiskey. Jenny paid attention. Our father has been there one week and we've received his weekly update thanks to Arbor Terrace's online portal, which is another amazing amenity. We can see what activities are happening, what's for dinner, we can even put in a maintenance request if need be. Our father had participated in every activity the place offered. Oh, and there were pics as well. There's my dad leading an activity, oh and there he is behind the bar playing resident bartender, and yet another one of him singing "Never on a Sunday" at karaoke. Who is this man? Is this our dad? The other day our dad said, "This place is paradise. I don't have to make my bed, clean my room, cook my meals or do my laundry." My siblings and I couldn't be happier with the care being given to our father at Arbor Terrace. We believe it not only will add years to his already long, fabulous life, but it has taken years off as well. He looks better than he has looked in years. We can all breathe a sigh of relief and actually get decent sleep knowing our father is indeed in PARADISE.

It costs a little more to live in an IL facility than in my condo, but worth it as we age in place. AT I L offers many advantages, great caring staff starting with Tammy at front desk to competent & cleaning service a great plus, an Engagement staff so talented in planning events that encourage us to socialize and share our own talents With the community. A dining experience That is one of the best in the area at IL facilities. Through the dining committee and Chat with the chef meetings residents get the opportunity to voice any comments and concerns with proper staff. Lovely setting with a pool, putting green, jungle gym for grandchildren, a boardwalk and covered dock, nice pathways for outside walks or sitting in the shade. Every staff member , maintenance, servers, cooks, Directors , are friendly, helpful and much appreciated. Is it perfect, of course not but either was living in the many places I resided before, but great for me now. I’ve Really enjoyed my 3+years living at Arbor Terrace IL , it’s beautiful and modern but still feels like home. Barbara Grimes 308 Beautiful grounds, pool and putting green.
